Why are you based in France?
Moving our workshop to France has provided us greater space and a significant reduction in overheads. This allows us to remain competitive and offer prices that compare favourably with UK based companies who mass manufacture. We are also fortunate to be able to source high quality hardwoods from local sustainable sources.

Are you able to service clients in the UK?
We have no problem accepting new clients and looking after our existing customer base in the south of England. We successfully organise our time between England and France, and I always insist on installing furniture personally to guarantee quality.

Are you affecting the environment?
Whenever possible we recommend and source materials that are sustainable. We also recycle extensively, a damaged old oak kitchen table-top can become a brand new coffee table and the old table leg can become a turned balustrade to replace one that is broken on your staircase. The majority of the finishes that we apply are natural oils or waxes but if a job demands, we do use synthetic materials. These synthetic finishes are applied within our in-house spray booth that features an environmently friendly filtered extraction system. Of course, we manage our waste courteously.
