All projects will be individually priced according to the materials chosen and the time it takes to construct. Because we maintain low overheads and do not have the upkeep of expensive showrooms we are able offer prices that are extremely competitive. We examine each project thoroughly and provide accurate costing. |

| The service will include: |

We will undertake a full site survey to take precise dimensions and get a feel for the surroundings. Also, at this time we will discuss all details of your project including any features or ideas of your own that you would like incorporated. |

We will present sketches of ideas together with a verbal estimate of costs to see if we are ‘barking up the right tree’. |
| 3. |
Once confirmed, detailed drawings will be prepared with a quotation showing all costs, terms, and the timescale to complete and deliver your project. |

Where required, your quotation will include a price for full installation (kitchen and bathroom furniture etc). Only qualified personnel, approved and registered with the relevant organisation and whose work is familiar to us or yourselves will be engaged for Gas/Electrical works necessary to the installation. |
